Olive Garden settled that a passes were non-transferable. 

But as Adam Goldstein, of The New York Times and Planet Money, explains, there are whole companies “built on exploiting companies’ disaster to scrupulously cost equipment initially,” indicating to companies like Ticketmaster, Stubhub — and of march eBay.

The passes were meant to give a association some much-needed graduation amid flagging sales.   Instead,  it is fielding calls from indignant business who explain that they weren’t means to squeeze passes legitimately.
