ISIS suspects operated, worked during mall kiosks in Philly

The Uzbek male charged with providing financial assistance to one of dual Brooklyn group seeking to join ISIS army in Syria operates a fibre of mall kiosks in a series of cities, including Philadelphia, officials said.

Abror Habibov, 30, who was arrested in Jacksonville, Fla., sole kitchenware and offering cellphone correct services during his kiosks, sovereign investigators said.

One of his codefendants, Akhror Saidakhmetov, 19, creatively from Kazakhstan, worked for Habibov in Philadelphia and other cities, according to their rapist complaint.
