“We use CIQ program only to urge a customer’s network and wireless use experience,” a ATT orator says. “This is in line with a Privacy Policy and provides a good advantage to users of a network.”

TechCrunch reports that Nielsen will permit certain Carrier IQ program from ATT. Ericsson, IBM, Symphony Teleca and Teradata are among Carrier IQ customers, and T-Mobile uses a software, a site says.

The Carrier IQ website is offline. ATT acquired a rights to a software, yet it didn’t squeeze a association undisguised — that means it shouldn’t be on a offshoot for any ongoing lawsuits opposite Carrier IQ, TechCrunch says.
