Actress Katie Holmes to make directorial entrance with ‘All We Had’

NEW YORK, Sept 11 (Reuters) – Actress Katie Holmes will make
her directorial entrance and star in a film instrumentation of artist
and author Annie Weatherwax’s book “All We Had,” a producers
said on Thursday.

Holmes, 35, a ex-wife of actor Tom Cruise who is appearing
in “The Giver” now in film theaters, will play a mother
in a play about a bad lady and her daughter vital on the
edge of misery who find a home in tiny city America.

Jane Rosenthal, a co-founder of New York’s Tribeca Film
Festival with actor Robert DeNiro, will furnish a film with
Holmes and Berry Welsh, clamp boss of prolongation and
development during Tribeca Productions. “The Fault in Our Stars”
director Josh Boone will coop a script.
