2-year-old kills mom during Idaho Walmart with her possess gun

HAYDEN, Idaho — A 2-year-old child incidentally shot and killed his mom after he reached into her purse during a northern Idaho Walmart and her secluded gun fired, authorities pronounced Tuesday.

Veronica Rutledge, 29, was selling with her son and 3 other children, Kootenai County sheriff’s orator Stu Miller said. Rutledge was from Blackfoot in southeastern Idaho, and her family had come to a area to revisit relatives.
